Anushka made her debut in Telugu film Super opposite to Akkineni Nagarjuna. Anushka's debut film in Tamil film industry is Rendu opposite to Madhavan and directed by Sundar C. This movie did good in box office. Later she acted in Telugu film Stalin which is debut film of A.R.Murugathoss in Telugu film industry. In the year of 2009, Anushka acted in Arundhati in Telugu which is heroine subject. This film became blockbuster and later dubbed into Tamil with same name. Arundhati was hit Tamil too.
