    Father Name of Narain Karthikeyan – G.R.Karthikeyan who was the former Indian National Rally Champion and won 7 times South Indian Rally

    Narain Karthikeyan is the Pride of India and Pride of Coimbatore.

    The World's premier automotive racing magazine AutoSport called him as The Fastest Indian in the World

    Narain Karthikeyan got training in Dlf Winfield Racing School in France.
    Narain Karthikeyan is the first Asian who won the Formula Asia International Series.

    Formula one carrier of Narain Karthikeyan



    Narain Karthikeyan is the first Formula one racing driver in India.

    In the year of 2005, Narain Karthikeyan had signed the deal with Jordan Formula one team. In the first formula one race (Australian Grand Prix) he had finished at 12th position.

    In the year of 2007, Narain Karthikeyan had joined Spyker formula one team

    In the year of 2008, Narain Karthikeyan had drive for Force India team. After that he continued with A1 Team India.

    Until 2010 Narain Karthikeyan was the only one Formula one driver in India. In 2010, Karun Chandhok became the second formula one driver from India. Karun Chandhok has joined for the Hispania Racing F1 Team

    Indian Government honored him with Padma Shri award in the year of 2010. Padma shri award is one of the highest civilian award India.
