Singam Movie Story / Singam Movie Review:

The movie starts with the stunt of a sincere police officer Duraisingam alias Singam (Suriya) with robbers who try to rob the temple jewels. Hero Duraisingam is a sub inspector in a small village called Tuticorin district Nallur

Singam movie hero's father Raadha Ravi is running a provision shop.Hero Singam is also interested in his fathers business and have an idea to converts it to a huge departmental store. But his father (Radha Ravi) wished him to become a Tamilnadu police. As per the interest of his father he becomes a sub-inspector in native Nallur police station.

His family lives happily. Each and every person in that village respects his family a lot. Singam movie Heroin Anushka (Kavya) comes to nallur village to spend her vacation with her grandparents. Singam movie heroin comes across Singam,the Heroism, upright manner and cleverness of hero Singam impressed her to fall in Love with him and she proposed her love to him, the romance begins between the them.

There is Kollywood movie comedian Vivek who has done 'Aetu erimalai role in Singam movie' works with Singam as a head constable in Nallur police station and he make to laugh a lot in his usual way.

Prakash Raj who has done the role of Mayilvaganan is the Villan of Singam movie. He makes money by evil acts like kidnapping children. In one moment an old man was constructing a house in the village. Mayilvaganan (Prakash Raj) disturbed the old man for money, his disturbance results the suicide of that old man. His death has severe repercussions as his sons shoot a mail on the death to the embassy.

For this case Mayivaganan was arrested, he comes out by conditional bail and that he has to appear at Nallur police station and sign everyday.

Here the contra version starts between Mayilvaganan and Singam. The honor and upright ways of Singam increases his wrath. Duraisingam is very powerful in his village the whole village is ready to attack Mayilvaganan, if he touches Singam. Mayilvaganan drawn a plan and using his influence he promoted DuraiSingam as inspector and brings him to Chennai, which is the ruling area of him. DuraiSingam is very new to Chennai and the cat and mouse game starts between Singam and Mayilvaganan.

Singam comes across kidnapping side of Mayilvaganan. He takes action against Mayilvaganan, the Tamil actor Vijayakumar has done the role of home minister who supports him and promotes him as ACP –Anti Corruption Squad operations. At the end Singam accomplishes his mission by chasing Mayilvaganan from Nallur to Nellore (A P),.and kills him.
