    My Experience on those working days

    Good advice changes not only attitude but also life carrier.

    Working Experience:
    I finished under graduate and post graduate in annamalai university. for the first time i am on the college hostel while working as lecturer(Erode sengunthar engineering college).the first day i feel very bad of the college atmosphere and the behaviour of students.Students ragged me on the class and fooled me. One of my student come to me on the next day and ask for the marks which the subject is currently handled by me.As i am fresh not aware of students Psychology and the grade of each students , that student fooled me saying need of 2marks and passed all subjects except yours and other student recommend his good attitude and he is college rank holder.Beleiving all this grace mark given by me.

    Next day is holiday so i have to be in my native . after finishing all my personals and i enter in to college no of students standing on the ground for bad performance .the student i beleived also stand there for bad performance in all subjects.Then i come to know he is poor performer and he fooled me and try to pass on atleast one subject.Then , i adviced lot for not doing this hereafter. Atlast, he is the only person got first mark in semester exam. instead of getting angry the advice given by me changed his attitude to show interest on my subject.The percentage i got is 100 percent which immerse me on joy and the principal reward for that cen percentage result and off course he adviced that student he will get marks on other subject also try to use talent you have.
