Visiting places in Tamilnadu: Tamilnadu, one of the major state in India, it is in southern part of India, there are so many places to visit all over Tamilnadu, its capital is Chennai (Madras - old name), Tamilnadu is bordered with other states like Andhra, Kerala, Pondicherry and Karnataka.
Tamilnadu has numerous of historical monuments and natural tourist spots to visit by Indian and foreigners, in Tamilnadu there are famous tourist places like including its capital Chennai.
Other famous spots in Tamilnadu are Mahabalipuram (Mamallapuram), Kodaikanal, Ooty, Madurai, Kutralam, Krishnagiri, Kancheepuram, Thiruvannamalai, coimbatore, Velankanni, Saatanur, Madurai, Vellore, Hogenekkal, Pondicherry (Indian Territory) and many more places from Chennai to Kanyakumari etc. also it has 32 districts at present.
Historical monuments : To visit historical monuments are old and new Temples, Churches, Masjids, and other temples and many forts and palaces etc. rich in ancient art and legacy.
European and Britain churches stand on seasides from South to North Tamilnadu, an example is Velankanni churches and other legacy of two hundred years of British and other European countries rule. Tamil Nadu, it is the 11th largest state in India by land and it is the 5th largest contributor to India's growth in terms of economy, business and employment; it is the 7th most populous state. It is the most urbanized state in India.
Monsoon in Tamilnadu: Tamilnadu’s climate is depends on by the Far and south East Asian monsoon. The southwest monsoon prevails from June to October, bringing rain and cloud. The winds reverse their direction from December to January, bringing cool and dry weather to most parts of the state. The weather becomes hotter from March to June end.
