Job Description: Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for Performance Management Engineer in Chennai Tamilnadu
Document work procedures across all customer operations in GNOC.
Conduct regular checks and validate change requests for the portal / Copyedit and proofread all web content
Support in Process and Quality Initiatives
Create, develop and manage content for organization's web presence (requires working with content management software)
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant bogs and events
Administer knowledge quiz's to internal teams. Develop Questions, Publish Schedules and Reports.
Understand internal knowledge requirements and contribute towards building new content for knowledge enhancement
