Job Description: Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for Netcool in Chennai Tamilnadu
- Administration of Netcool/Omnibus 7.3, Netcool/Impact 5.1 and Netcool/Reporter 2.1
- Manage and resolve issues based on priority and provide resolution as per agreed SLA
- Provide Support to Project team during deployment and project development and ensure smooth operational Handover
- Provide operational support on a 24/7 rota/oncall basis
