Definately yes,
We are one of the most corrupt nations in the world and it shows the failue of the syatema as a whole. Here almost anything can be done withy money. Even you can get a passport in the Mahatma Gandhi is you are ready to pay good amount of money.
I think this is due failure of our system which is full of corupt people. But then we acn't just balme others because we are the ones who make society and they are one of us. Fisrt we should correct ourselves and should start saying no to such corrupt demands.
Only then our system will be a better system on which we can be proud of.
