Definitely No. This committe reports degrade the Present educational system. With the Fees what it suggested to collect from the students Management can no afford all the expenses. So they will reduce the number of teachers. Or They reduce the Salary . So teachers will not show their work 100 % which results degrading Educational System.

It is correct.Know-a-days the parents from the village areas are willing to join there children at high level schools.But they did not have they are earning when compare to government officers and other peoples working at other non governmental organization who earn more monthly income.This program will encourage all parents who have low salary.They are children also get good education at low price.
