Summer special thirst quenchersThis summer beat the heat with seasonal fruits and vegetables that are available in plenty. Include the following daily and keep yourself cool:
Water melon You can drink a glass of water melon juice after your breakfast and ct them into pieces and have it after your lunch.
Musk melon Musk melon juice is a good thirst quencher. Have it at around 11.00 am in the hot summer.
Lemon Drinking lemon juice early in the morning in an empty stomach is good for health.
CucumberYou can eat it at any time. Make a cucumber salad with curd and have it during lunch in your office. Keeping cucumber on your eyes makes them cool and soothing.
