There is no rule that we should not Talk loud in the Assembly - Capatain

Hi to all in Tamil Spider,
We all know that the Tamil nadu Opposity party DMDK leader Captain Vijayakanth was suspended from the assembly. After few days of this incident captain held a party gathering where the future scope of DMDK was discussed with all the members of the DMDK party. During that party Vijayakanth spoke that he was suspended from the assembly ruthlessly. he also added that there is no rule that we should not talk louder or show hands on the other person and talk in the assembly. There is no rule in the Indian Constitution that one should not talk like that.

We know that he has also filed a case against this suspension. What is your opinion on his saying that " there is no special rule that we should talk only in this manner"

Though there may not a rule to show finger it is the custom of the assembly to be protected .The decorum of the assembly must be kept in.But he is a new comer (2nd time). It is a small mistake .He can be warned .But suspension is a higher and vindictive punishment .JJ wants to prove her power. But this proves her shivering .She is afraid of him.So only she drive him away. This move will give vijayakanth more strength morally and politically.ADMK people also talked like him .So the speaker has taken not a neutral stand .His biased judgment is clear they want him to be pushed out for his disobedience/surrender to her..He is doing a good politics to win over the confidence of the people
