What is "Communities" in Tamil spider ?

Hi tamil spider members,

recently I came across the tab "Communities" in Tamil spider . I have not understood exactly what it is about ? What is the use of having a community in tamil spider ? How can we form a new community ? What would be the eligibility for forming a community ?


Any one please give me the explanation in brief.
