Why not our ministers and government officials do work always like this?

The flood destroyed most of the parts of Cuddalore district and the people are raising complaints regarding delay in relief works.
We all know our Tamilnadu Chief Minister Ms.J.Jayalalitha visited flood affected areas, her visit was planned at Supparayalu reddiyar marriage hall. Knowing the plan of CM, ministers under Mr.O.Paneer Selvam rushed to Cuddalore last evening before CM's visit and made the government officials and labours to make arrangements. The highlight of this is CM's way to marriage hall was laid with new road in just a single night. It made the irritation of local people, they questioned why don't our ministers could do relief works like this?
What is your opinion about this incident? This shows us they are politicians always!
