Introduction of Chennai 24 Hrs Police Emergency Help Line for Different Zones in Chennai

In order to get in Touch with Public and Serve the Society at the earliest the Chennai Police Department has now come up with a special plan of communication to the public through Mobile Phone in different zones at Chennai. At present the public are utilizing 100 as their Emergency Service Number to communicate with the respective police department. After connection of Chennai Sub Urban Police Stations with Chennai City Police Stations Control they divided their level of service controls in 4 different zones and at present each zones are been provided with separate cell phone for Emergency Communication and the public can make use of it and avail this service even through SMS round the clock. The List of various zones Telephone Number for Emergency Communication is given below:
North Zone: 90031 30104
South Zone: 90031 30102
East Zone: 90031 30101
West Zone: 98408 24100
Transport Department: 90031 30103
SMS Number: 95000 99100

The Public are requested to make use of this service, pass this message and inform their near and dear about the available service for communication in case of their Emergency period.
