Common Entrance exam for all the teachers

    hi TSR,

Today the tamil nadu government has released an notification about the recruitment of the teachers. the new rule of recruiting teachers would be the common entrance like exam for all the teachers.
As we know previously in order to become a teacher in the government schools one has to complete B.Ed or teacher training. but now all the those who have completed the B.Ed and Teacher training should write the qualifying exam and get more than 90 marks. only then they are eligible to become a teacher in the Tamil Nadu government schools.

After having passed the qualifying exam the teachers can write the TRB exam.

I must say that its really a good move by the Tamil Nadu government. Why because many government schools have inefficient teachers. They are getting their degree just like that by giving money or doing some other things. They are not at all at a level to teach. They don't have enough knowledge to teach. This spoils many students life.

If the above mentioned step is taken by the government, then all government schools will get efficient and knowledgeable teachers. Hope this will come into action soon.

    Practice makes perfect..

The announcement is good because it has made the whole process competitive. But at the same time, they have to consider those who have the age superiority and have been waiting for years to get jobs.
