Why do we need Wallmart? Initially they will attract customers by giving cheap prices. Within 1 year all the local shops gets closed because it is not possible for them to compete with them. After that Wallmart kind of shops increase their prices because people dont have any other choices. Pepsi and Coca cola did the same tactics. Now have you remember anyone the local company?
Central government allows 51% because of US and European Countries pressure.

everytime this incident never happens! people are now becoming aware of all the current affairs better than past centuries. they can better handle such situations. if such malls start selling goods at higher prices, then people will do what is required (curb them from doing so right away!).
plus you were telling about pepsi and coco cola. can you tell me a local drink which tastes like that??? i bet you can't - because there isn't any!
people don't mind paying a bit extra for high quality goods!
after all its quality that matters!!!
