Hello Sir,
It is the well known fact that kalaignar has supported the employees of the state to a large extend but as of now it is Jayalalitha who is ruling and she has been bringing too many changes that could not be judged as the correct thing at all. She happened to shift the place of assembly from that which was previously constructed by DMK chief Karunanithi and also planned to make the Anna library into a school. This shows the intend she is having towards the opposition party DMK. I think se must leave all her concentation in other things and do proper things to help the poor people and such employees whom you stated above.
I think the AIADMK is known for the change and it has made the change in the employment in our country. most of them are protesting in the roads to get proper assistance from the government but I think there is no proper assistance provided by the government on such matters.

Hello sir,
it is suite sure that the previous government under kalainger had given more support for the government employees. He has appointed many employees and given many bonuses and DA for them. He has also increased the salary for the government employees. The policy obtained by kalainger may give him the good name and fame. But will it give a real growth for the state ?
When we look on jeyalalitha's side she is bringing many changes in the adminstration for the better development of the state.
