Chennai may be a place of cradle for the rich and high level people. These people builds the house like palace and enjoy the rainy climate.
When we consider about the middle class and poor people its a punishment like days for them in chennai. These people are in a must in for job situation. The outside is very nasty because of the continues rain. Because of the many buildings constructed by the people block the flow of rain water. The water has no place to get inside the earth freely. As the rain continues the roads and buildings are filled with water. The poor people meet many difficulties in reaching their home from their offices. The government officers should take serious efforts to maintain the city neat and clean

Hai Sudhan,
This was a Bad News to hear about the lady found in a ditch. In my point of view we couldn't get a good response and reply from the respective departments for the incident occurred and it is our duty to take care our self in every parts of our daily activities during rainy season to avoid our self into Un necessary problems.
