It is definitely a good step taken by the politicians of Madurai. I think all the other states should develop such welfare measures that would prove to be beneficiaries for the state as well as the nation. the rain has affected the normal life of human being in the recent past and such activities would bring relief to the public who are affected by the floods caused due to the rain. Plans should also be taken so that the rain water doesn't enter the home and disturb the living of the people at their homes.
