    Hello friends,
The rules must be made strict and those who are the reasons for such mishaps should be arrested and punished severely so that they would fear to do the same in the future period of time. I would say that there are lot of rules posted by the government to control the use of mobile phones during riding but the citizens are not aware of this and are causing more problems to others. I would add that the person found with the cell should be arrested and proper steps should be taken so as to reduce the happenings of accidents in the city.

    Regards,
    Sudhan A
