    Hi,

There should be no public sector. This makes burden to our government. If everything is made private it wont affect development of our Government. I have listed out both advantage and disadvantage of private sector.

    Advantages:
    1. One can gain more salary.
    2. In private sector work is done perfectly.
    3. Pays you more money.
    4. Faster development.
    5. Easily handled
    6. Few labors are enough.
    7. Freshers gain more power.

    Disadvantage:
    1. No Job security
    2. Risk in your job
    3. Owner faces risk
    4. More competition for the job
    5. Benefit provided by public sector are not provided by private sector.

    Hi

Which ever sector is making loss need to be become private, need to analyse the root cause before doing that, its better for the development of state I think government is to govern not run the show itself, in that way things can be given to private companies and can be monitered by government.

    Regards
    Kiran

    Hi friends,

@Suresh Kumar Only industrial things should be made privatized. However departments such as Police, Schools, Colleges and Courts remain public always remain public.
As said by kiran private sector should monitored by the government. Government can help the industries that citizens of Indians need but making everything under government is not possible. If it is done things such as corruption, bribery occurs more.

Many Government sectors are doing good only. If some of them are not doing well then we have to identify the root cause of the problem and have to fix instead of hand over to private hands. Swiss banks would show a rapid growth if all the Indian public sectors goes to private hand.

    Sir,
Government sectors are good but drawback is they use more labors. As there are more labours, labour cost increases. But in Private sector they use correct amount of labours for their work.

    hi,

According to my point of view the poblic sector should be privatized. Under the public sctor people do not want to do work efficiently and effectively. They know that in any job under government will provide them their salaryy, wages, payment and etc wheather they do or not.

Now a days the scenario is that the corruption is leading the public sector. I m not saying that the private sectors are free from corruption, but in comparision with the public sector, private sector have some less quantity of corruption. In public sector the corruption is taking place at every step of proccessing. The main motive of the private sector is to earn profit. But somehow they also work for the welfare of public sector. They have some responsibilities towards the public. Most of them are fulfilling the requirement of public. Privat sector are increasing their capabilities day by day n they are making more profit by which people of India are getting employment and f-course it is also helping in the development of our country.

I would like to suggest that some public companies should be privatized. Because private sectors have some rules n regulations towards their companies n Indian public. And they are following that. But in public sector the rules n regulation are made only for the formalities n to show of in front of public that yes in public sectors the rules n regulations are made. But they rap their duties, rules n regulations in some papers n kept them into the unknown file of government in the government almirahs.

If privatization comes into the public sector then of-course there is a hope of development of our country n some percent of corruption free India.

    So there should be"PRIVATIZATION".

    Hi Subash,
As said by you all problems are there in public sector. I am not saying public sector is totally bad or worse but when compared to private sector it has few disadvantages. When looking at public sector they do less work than private sector because they dont have much responsibility as in private sector. If workers in private sector works without responsibility then it affects them so they do with responsibility. In public sector it wont affect the workers it affects public ie citizens. There are already lot of government jobs available but they are remained unknown. Only the things that maintain city can given to public sector. Things such as power plants can be given to private.
