I agree with your point. We can protect our eyes with the following tips.
1. Give adequate rest to eyes on every days.
2. Clean our eyes daily with good water.
3. wear cooling lenses while go outside.
4. Check and test our eyes with Doctor periodically.
5. Wear spectacles with recommendations of Doctor.
inorder to protect your eyes follow the below list:
1. Eat fresh carrots daily, the beta-carotene in carrots help protect the eyes.
2. Cut cucumber into thin round slices and place it over your eyes after you come from work.
3. You can also use drops like Hicool which protects your eyes against any harmful radiation.
4. Visit an opthalmologist atleast every 6 months.
5. Give rest to your eyes by spending time in sleeping.

1. Give the rest for EYE every hour while working in system or watching television
2. Rotate the Eye Ball right to left and left to right
3. Give some basic workout for eye
