Say NO to Non-Veg, Bottle drinks, deep fried food items and Masala items.
Drink a lot of plain water (6-8 liters /day).
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruits daily.
Have only fresh fruit juices.
Have at least two glasses of buttermilk every day
Eat fresh juicy vegetables(Cucumber)

Regarding water take frequently but with small amount when it is thirsty.There is a doctrine that more water makes our kidney tired and it could only do to clear water and could not do its orginal work clearing food ;and more over it dilutes the citrus acid and make incapable of digesting and extracting the essence of food items
In summer we need to cool our body so we have many way to cool your body.
1.) Drink Every day at least 5 liter water.
2.) Drink cool and natural fruits like watermelon.
3.) Take Oil both weekly two times.
4.) Wire a Cap or hat for going outside.
5.) Both two time at every day.
6.) Avoid the green chilly.
7.) Avoid the heavy masala foods its spoil your stomach.
