Dear friends,
The Dharmapuri district was implemented in the year 1966 and it was separated from the Mettur District. Then,The Krishnagiri had been implemented as a separate district and it was separated from the Dharmapuri District in the year 2004.
There are many tourist places are available in the District. I wish to list all the places one by one.
The famous tourist places of Dharmapuri district is Hogenakal Falls,which has many falls to visit. It is located in the river of Cauvery.
It also having boating facility and taking bath in that falls has been giving Medical treatment with the plants in it.
There are many temples are available in Dharmapuri District .Theerthagirishwarar Temple at Theerthamalai, Chenraya Perumal Temples at Adhiyamankottam, Subramanya Siva Memorial at Papparapatti.
