Dear friend,
There are many factors are available to set a specific goal for any achievement in our career. I wish to list some factors to set a goal.
1. The Pre-Planning is essential factor for any achievement of Goal.
2. The goal should be pre-determined.
3. The time period for winning a goal is very important factor for any goal. It should be period of months,years, etc..
4. The effort would be taken after planning is over. Then only, the Goal would be achieved.
5. The periodical review and follow up is must for the goal setting.

1. Education
2. Career
3. Financial
4. Family
5. Service (Public Service)
The Personal goal may be anything like this. But we have to set some margins to our goal like
1. How importance is this goal to our life
2. How long it will take to reach our goal
3. How should we work to reach (time we have spend per day, week ..)

Goal should be useful to the society also.It should be a practical one.Discussion with men who have theoretical and field knowledge before setting goal is a must.There should be flexibility and review at periodical intervals.After setting goal there should be sincere toiling for it .At last you may may fail but certainly there will be a good result; EXperience.Sometimes experience will be worthy than the goal.

Goal setting is a pre-determined and pre-planning process.
It is not a certain period practicing.
more are less it will come throw out of our life. So we determine a goal set in our mind and keep on going to achive that GOAL.
