Working hard means contributing and toiling a lot but the end result being minimal or nothing.
But working smart means, working less hour and achieving more success with sticking matter.

when we take realtime example,
In Physical Work, if we want to shift large number of things from ground floor to first floor of a building it is advisable to pass it through two or more men will reduce the tiredness.
In mental work, In software world,if possible writing a two or three lines os sql query to retrive data from database. instead of writing a large program to do the same.
Hard work and soft work both is different hard worker they don't use the mind only use the physic but smart worker use the brine to solve the problem in a smart way

You would have seen some students working hard to score high marks will get low marks. But some students who studies in the hoildays will get higher marks. What is the reason???
