There is a big formality for this.
The information gathered to have this card is vast. They are asking all kinds of information from ration card to the gas connection and to the children details. And after that they are taking the bio metric details such as eye details, fingers details and even thump details.
After that card is being sent to the addressee.

It is a good attempt.But in this also mall practices would be done by ruling sections(politician+officers) and it will be diluted .But this will not do much to the people to eradicate poverty,illiteracy and unemployment.
